Hello!  I collect vintage Puppy in my Pocket and I've come across a figure I can't identify.  There are no markings on it.  It was once listed as a Puppy in my Pocket prototype, but I'm a bit doubtful about that.   Can anyone identify it? 

 

This doesn't quite seem like the typical little rubber guy posted here, but maybe someone can help?
