Does the guy on the bottom middle have CHINA written in white, If so I have his friend here

Thanks, but no the army man is Timmee and I just put him in for scale.
They're you go! I only superficially know these and often get confused between the two, and of course I should have read your first post completely

Figure 2 (yellow legs / race car driver helmet) is the unnamed driver pilot from the Nascar Racers toy line (similar to M.A.S.K. from the 80's) that was released in the early 2000's. He drove the vehicle that served as a race car repair garage, towing vehicle. The vehicle also had a helicopter that separated from the main truck portion. Very cool toy line.
Figure 3 i believe is from a not well known toy line titled Shadow Strikers. I mention this as the craze during that time was "invisibility" i.e. color change. You stick a figure in water and it went colorless. The vehicles had a similar gimmick although i do not believe you had to place them in water. They may have simply had clear vehicle shells showing the inner workings of the vehicle.
