First set are soft rubber like eraser. Hong Kong on the back. Hole on the crotch area. Maybe pencil toppers?

Top row are a very common set of pencil topper figures ripped off from various Japanese robots. I don't recall if Diener specifically makes them, but regardless they've been around for decades. I forget what the figure the first is based on, but the second is a Gouf from Gundam and the third is from Dougram.
Second row are bootleg Gundam keshi. The one on the left is a Zaku, the one on the right a Gyan.
EDIT: Party favors makes sense since they're made from hard plastic.
The pterosaur is a DINO Mite.
