Stumbled on these on flickr, the guy said they were russian figures made by a company called tekolog. I can't find any info on them though.

I mean, if you can tell me whether they were made in China, or by a Russian Federation company, that would be a huge help in searching.

When I asked him, all he said was this "spetznaz and gangster figures from russia. made by company (i think) called tekolog."

I haven't been able to find anything called Tekelog, either from the Federation or from mainland China. Finding the manufacturer's country of operation will be a huge help, if anybody can find it.

That took a hell of alot of time to find, although I have not found this exact set I found similar ones.

Not sure, gonna buy a set asap to find out. Looks like they sell figures blind with candy too, weird..

They are meant to be painted, but from what I can find they do em up in so many cool plastic colors.

Some varieties have bases, but here is one of the candy packs, from what I can find they come with gum.

Most of these Technolog minis you guys are posting remind me an awful lot of Warhammer 40k designs. I wonder if they're outright bootlegs of some older edition or simply very closely "inspired" by them.

I'm searching, I've found quite a few but most won't ship here. Although I have yet to find the ones in the first post.
There is an ebay guy selling sets of their newer stuff.

I can't see any outright bootlegs but there are a few that look like they might have started out as a GW sculpt but been heavily resculpted. The science fiction type orcs are reminiscent of 1st Edition (late 80s, early 90s) Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine armour with Ork (their spelling) weapons and features. These might be heavy resculpts of minis from MB's Space Crusade game that was produced alongside GW, might just be very similar sculpts with a dash of 'inspiration'. Some of the humans have similarities to some 2nd edition Imperial Guard minis and gang members from the Necromunda game they also made but again I'm not seeing any original GW sculpts that have been reproduced outright. The newer looking stuff like the nice fantasy orcs is definitely all original.

So, almost all of the miniatures put out by Technolog, are 54mm... Which is 2.12". That's a little bit of a turn off.

Meh, I don't care about scale personally, I just collect mono-minis.
New info though! Here in the states their product is sold under the name "IMEX"

IMEX puts out crap.
I hope they don't cast those figures in some shit-ass, cut rate plastic. Most of their war miniatures are garbage.

i doubt they would change their plastics, and im sure these came out awhile ago. so they are probably made bad if they were even made here.
