I am slowly trying to figure out what premiums went to what. First on my list is the Pine Green Skeleton, what did he go to?

Here's a thread that lists the various Series One premiums and how they were made available:

Some (including the pine green Skeleton) still seem to be unclear though. It was likely a UK cereal premium but I think that still hasn't been confirmed.

All 12 premiums from 37-48 were definatley released in the uk, im not sure if any other countries released them, I am guessing it was in a cereal promotion but I am unsure.
