Does anyone know who made this custom MUSCLE/Kinnikuman Mysterious Partner? It is made of a hard plastic (not MUSCLE plastic). 

 

I got this guy in a lot from SolarColorDust. Did he make customs of the Mysterious Partner? I also did a google search and saw someone on Pinterest saying that 1ShotToys also made customs of Mysterious Partner. So I am not sure.
