It looks like a cheap plastic toy from a dollar store to me. Is it plastic or rubber?

there was a pink version of this scorpion and also a pink beetle/fly thing. i have been looking for this for a while now if you're looking to trade or sell!!

haha I just got the pick one not too long ago with another from the same line from 89cpe.... my kids LOVE stuff like this!!!

I remember this toy. The scorpion was packaged with a spider and they both had
Riders that would fit on there backs
