Unless I am mistaken, those came from the Transformers train set, years ago.

from what i remember the train set figures just came in 2 colors (silver and blue), these may be boots of them.

These are Ro-Gun Robots, a somewhat common line to appear in misc. LRG lots.

Thank you again for all of the help. They are the Ro-Gun figures, as I do have a lot of the other poses, colors, etc.
Just picked up a mixed lot (mostly Western, a few Muscle) and am trying to sort through them. Thank you again.
