I got this guy in a lot of M.U.S.C.L.E.s today. When I opened the package, I got fairly excited for a moment, as at a brief glance I thought I spied a Drunken Master M.U.S.C.L.E. poking out of the lot!
An instant later, however, I was faced with this guy:

Similar material to a M.U.S.C.L.E., yet slightly harder. Trademark HONGKONG

I know I have seen him before. It is entirely possible he was identified in a thread similar to this one.
Who can tell me who this is?

It looks like a goblin of some sort. Sorry, it doesn't ring a bell for identity though.

Looks like a Gegege No Kitaro character, although I don't recognize that sculpt.

Also, due the HK TM it would thus likely be a Lucky Yucky figure, which was a line of Gegege bootlegs.

it is a character in the 3rd series of bandai figures (but a knock off of it)

I have seen some figures from this line, but am not really familiar with them.
This guy is pretty neat.

Yeah I have that same one! It's one of my favorites from when I was a little booger.... but during a teenage mini painting phase I painted it... and not well. I have since tried to clean it with less than stellar results. That said... if you ever feel like parting with it???
