G'day Muscle Heads

I'm sure you all have a few muscles that are bent out of shape for
some reason or another, leg's head's arm's etc ,now instead of just being amused by there deformity here is a method i've developed to get them back to there original form.
firstly go to the microwave with your guy ( oh no not that again )

nuke him for 10 to 15 seconds at a time
this being to test him for heat and remember we are trying to repair this time not destroy.

when you have a heat you are comfortable to handle and you are able to
manipulate your muscle back to his original form , while still applying pressure quickly place him under running cold water, it may take more
than one application but he will set back to his proper form .

and you guys thought i only used the microwave for evil
hahahahahaaahhhhahahahahahaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahhaha

It can also be done with a blowdryer, heat gun, or simply by boiling (Don't let it touch the bottom of the pan)

I have never gotten the Microwave method to work. I find that boiling is my favorite method too. They get so soft, and then I hold them in the freezer for about a minute under the freezer blowers. You can make them any shape like this.

Sometimes when they thaw, they go right back to their deformed state though. It's a little better the second around time and so on.

yeah they sound like great ideas also
if the microwave fails i'll try the others

changing there form all together sound tempting also hmmmmmm
