Purple tinted lizard man, any ideas?

Hey guys, guessing this is part of a set of generic figures, Judging by the China stamp and also that his right leg is a little shorter than his left, Any help tracking him down would be greatly appreciated

 

Stands approx. 2 inches tall, has a purplish metallic tint, seems to be holding an axe and short sword

Looks a lot like one of my Kongs.  (Up front, oversized arms, just below the huge guy's fist.)

Very gargoyle/gremlin-like.

Oddly enough I recalled your Kong collection when I was doing the original post and thought 'tiny would know what figure it is'

Oddly enough I recalled your Kong collection when I was doing the original post and thought 'tiny would know what figure it is'
