Here are some process pics of the project. I am really happy with the result, but it was really difficult to work with the imagery on such a small scale. It's almost best to assemble each one by hand rather than using transfer tape. I am using a small roland vinyl cutter with Signlab to cut the shapes. I put a few wood symbols on figures upside down by mistake so I'll have to fix those....

How do you apply these stickers to the figs!? I´m supporting all kind off custom initiatives but when it comes to applying repro stickers or whatever to original vintage figures in good condition I´m always a bit skeptical and anxious knowing additions like these can do a lot of harm and even do damage to our beloved Beasts in case the wrong materials are used. I can imagine it might feel like a nice addition for you and to some out here but my concern is what happens on the backside of these custom rubs.....
Sorry for the skeptical tone but I think you understand were I´m coming from.

It is essentially the same as the standard vintage battle beast rub which really is just an adhesive sticker itself. The sign vinyl is a product made to be semi permanent. So it is made to be removable without harm to the item it was applied to. The adhesive with the vinyls I have been using are not even as agressive as the vintage Battle Beast Rub adhesive. They remove by just peeling the edge and leaves no residue. You can apply them with just your fingers. I don't really think I will have a problem with discoloration but really only the test of time will tell. The adhesives are clear though and should really just be improved since the original rubs were released in 87.

Well as long as they don´t do any harm and can be removed easily it´ll be ok but like you mentioned the discoloration is another issue to keep in mind as well obviously.
For some of the plastics used for the GBB its known they discolor relatively easy IF kept/displayed uder the wrong conditions in which case it´d mean you´ll probably end up with another colored square in time when the rubs are removed so this might be something to be aware of or just make sure you keep them far away from sunlight. Like I said projects like these are fun and they should continue to go on within the BB community to keep things alive but it´s also important to guard over the condition/quality of our vintage figures because any damage done to them would be a big shame so be carefull.
Enjoy the Beasts!
