I finally reached 100 Behemoths thanks to an unexpected gift from my mother. Here are the pics :)
Attached File  Monster in my Pocket collection pics 3 002.JPG   1.87MB   145 downloads
Attached File  Monster in my Pocket collection pics 3 005.JPG   1.92MB   108 downloads
Attached File  Monster in my Pocket collection pics 3 008.JPG   1.93MB   33 downloads
Attached File  Monster in my Pocket collection pics 3 010.JPG   1.88MB   33 downloads
Attached File  Monster in my Pocket collection pics 3 011.JPG   1.87MB   40 downloads

If this needs to be moved to collection pics, that's cool.

This is off the hook! I love stuff like this; massive collections for the sake of massive collections :)
I'm working on filling a giant rubber-maid frull of MUSCLE and Kinkeshi, for no other reason than I've wanted such a sizable lot of that particular toyline (MUSCLE, anyway) since I was a kid ;)
What was the impetus for this collection???

I have loved the Behemoth since I was a little kid, and I had like 78 of them from various bulk lots over many years of buying. So I decided to go all the way and bring the collection to 100. I am really happy with the results :)

The Circle of Behemoths like a MIMP flavored Circle of Life!

Good luck completing your giant MUSCLE-Mass!

The Neon Green and the Neon Yellow were difficult to find and very expensive. But they were worth it to me. Thanks to I.Designs and Leviathan for the customs!

Nice Fotos! I would also love to see a detailed picture of the customs, especially from the painted figure. Tell me about the inner circle, is that a mexican neon green and what are the 3 black ones (one mexican and 2 customs?)? Do you want to go for another 100 or finish?

Thanks :)

The 3 in the middle: The Purple and Dark Red are Peru. The Black peruvian style one and the other 2 Black ones are all customs created by Leviathan.
The Greens include the Matchbox Neon Green, Mexican Sonrics Bright Green, and an Italian Green.

I currently am looking for Behemoths in the colors I am missing (roughly a dozen that I know of). Especially want the Black Sonrics and the Gold Italian ones. Not planning to go for 200 at the moment, though I still pick them up if I find them cheap and I need something else from the seller/trader. If I end up close to 200 I might go ahead and go for it.

Ha ha! that's excellent.

This guy is what made me buy my first pack of MIMP! I looked at all the other ones they had. My best friend has always been obsessed with Griffons, so we know which his first pack was, but when I saw this little brute starring at me from the box window, I said NO THANKS HYDRA! SEE YA LATER WOLFMAN! DON"T NEED YA GREAT BEAST (or whatever that other dragon thing was called). He was great, but I wasn't as pleased with Baba Yaga when I opened it up. What kid wants to have an old lady on a flying bowl for a toy? I have grown to appreciate her though.

I love the circle arrangement!

Out of interest; how many different types do you have? Including customs?

Currently I am at 50 different:
22 official
27 customs
1 bootleg

Envious of that Mexican Bright Green and Peru Dark Purple :)

I have 19 official variants, and 6 customs.
27 custom Behemoths shows some serious dedication bro! Did you have most of them specially made or just buy every custom Behemoth you came across?

You are doing very well on the original score too!

Most of the customs I purchased in batches or commissioned.
The solar colour change, thermal colour change and gitd were
commissioned. Later some of them hit Ebay from the creator.

I just wanted to have lots of different 'types' of Behemoth.
Some of the customs are close colour wise but obviously they
have flaws that make them individual pieces. I will try to get
around to taking a photograph of each to add to a collection
thread.

Here is one of the thermal colour change.

This does look awesome, however any chance of taking a picture of your 19 originals, I love pictures of figures in lots of different colours.

The thermal color change looks really cool. I used to have a sort of fanaticism about only buying official products (not sure why), so only in the last few years did I get into the customs. Plus I collect so many different MIMP Series that I inevitably end up spending it quickly. Except for the one that I Designs painted, mine were all from Ebay or Leviathan's shop.
I have just got into painting them, so eventually I intend to paint one of my broken Behemoths. Trying to get better at it by painting other broken figures first.

Bazoon asked for photos of the customs, so I can do the originals at the same time. I'll start selling some extra MIMP in January so will take all the pics then and add them to this post. I'll wait for the Gold to come in first :)

I was over the moon last night to win a rare Sonrics Orange Behemoth off ebay for the starting bid of $40. I was amazed i had no opposition but figured maybe people like the above had finally out spent themselves for a while.

I wake up today to check ebay only to find the seller has requested a cancellation! His reason? "Sorry, i sold this to someone days ago".

I've obviously refused this & demanded he send me my figure as the listing was up for the full duration & i won it & paid immediately, fair & square.
If he was telling the truth, he'd still be in the wrong but at least he'd have removed the listing way before it ended.

I believe he must have been offered more money after the auction had finished.

This is the last effing straw with me & this hobby, if anyone here is responsible, i'd like to know right now, you greedy, underhand arsehole.

The seller is Pink_Shine11 - beware of this guy if this is how he acts & carries out his business. :wallbash:

Well, well, well..

I just checked my paypal receipt & the sellers name is listed as JDJC Corrales.

Unfortunately, i recognize this name. It's Jose De Jesus Corrales Castillo, AKA Wolfmen, a banned member on here who got himself banned when he sold me & a few others figures & they never arrived.
There's a whole thread on it somewhere.

I guess some people never change, you filthy scammer! Had i have known the seller was Wolfmen i would probably have given the listing a wide birth.

I have refused his offer for a cancellation on my purchase but he has already taken the liberty of refunding me my money. I'm waiting for what ebay decides next but i'm not very hopeful of a positive outcome.

I think it's highly likely a MIMP collector on this forum, even this thread has bought it on the sly, robbing me of my prize.
