What or where would it be?

And it could be fictional if you'd like...

For ME however, I like the idea that it is somewhere that I could still potentially visit.  And I'm torn between two places.

TWO of my favorite TV shows are The Prisoner and Twin Peaks.  I would like to go on the Twin Peaks tour and see some of the local attractions (like the REAL Double R diner!).

And then I WOULD LOVE to got to Portmeirion in North Whales... and visit where the Village from the Prisoner was filmed.  I think it looks beautiful there.

Now if only my wife was a bigger TP and Prisoner fan - these are a couple of bucket list items! : )

What about you guys???

Anything filmed in Japan. Especially something close enough to a Mandarake store.

Shady Pines is a wonderful facility up there on the hill. You know, they used to film Sugarfoot up there.

I got to visit the set of The Office (US) once. That was a dream come true. It was really the first show that made me realize I wanted to be a TV writer.

Is that the movie where the guy gets left in space for years? Space control basically says tough stuff.... Am I thinking of something else?

I heard Mel Gibson plays the psychotic megalomaniac this time; been preparing for the role for a while now

Mystery Science Theatre 3000!! Of course, how could I forget!!!

The Mad Max trailer looks a little better than I expected... I'm happy that George Miller is still directing... But other than that I'm not terribly excited.

I will say this, the original trilogy was always something I had a lot of respect for - but was never a die hard fan of. I liked what it achieved more than I liked watching them.
(Although the death scene in the original where his family is killed still gets me every time...)

they also have a webstore and auction site ( and yes, you can purchase internationally). The store gets pretty quantifiable updates daily. You'll need to seach using Japanese terms though, just like using YAJ
