And trademarked that year. Part of a set of little rubber guys in brown and black (?) with silver and black highlights.

They were part of a sci-fi toy radio controlled vehicle set. 2 vehicles, 4 figs (2 standing, 2 crouched).
They passed thru my hands years ago.
