Top 5 wanted animals

The question is simple, name five animals that you'd want to see made in the line of your choice.
I only collect Beast Saga so I only have one list:
5- Cobra. Or any snake really. It'd be fun to see a non-mammal in the land tribe and it would be cool if they would go with the design of the old Battle Beast one who had other snakes as hands! Though making an homage to the cobra one and give him pinkish armor would be nifty.
4- Rooster. Just because I like the really zany animals one wouldn't normally imagine as 'warriors'. I think it would just be a hoot. Plus I want more Sky tribe warriors.
3- Horseshoe crab. It's such a cool little critter and I know it's a moderatedly popular motif in Japan as well. It would have a cool armored head with no visible eyes and a pointy tail. Would probably look a bit like the mantaray one where it feels like the entire animal is the head.
2- Squid. The squid is my favorite Battle Beast out of the ones I own, and I would love to see them do one again, especially in the same off-white colour. To make it perfect he needs a harpoon as weapon.
1- Raven. Ravens are one of my favorite animal ever and I love the Sky tribe so it would be great to see one being made. I could see its designed being inspired by kara-tengu with maybe a bit of a ninja-slant to him, some chainmail looking part would be nice. Or they could make him with a 'mage' style like Owlumighty.

2. Mountain Goat
3. Warthog
4. Lynx
5. Hornbill
I'd like these for either Beast Saga or Battle Beasts.

Any other feline would probably look good. I think we got a Cheetah in the plans since he's at the back of one of the cards. A vulture could be totallty metal.

What, no cow?

The BS version of the cow will be at my house this Friday, according to UPS.

Grrrr....TFSource is letting me down a bit lately. They still haven't received this month's figures, apparently.

Pafamu isn't much of a cow, it's more of a wild ox of some kind no?

I hear ya. I'm still waiting on my tiger/panda/kitten and sofubi eagle from tfsource. The only reason I went there in the first place was because BBTS was sold out at the time.

Heh, that's exactly why I went to TFSource starting with wave 3, BBTS was sold out of Tarlock, and I wasn't missing out on my turtle.

To celebrate their anniversary with Battle Beasts, Takara should create new figures for the vintage line. Kind of like what E-Hobby does with Generation 1 Transformers. But instead of just repaints, they create new animal sculpts.
Or if they do go the repaint route, they should take existing Beast Saga molds and alter them to look like some of the original Battle Beasts characters. Hmm... or Shattered Glass Beast Saga.

At Octobertoys someone had a repaint of Raioga as Pirate Leo from Battle Beast, it looked positively epic. That would be a pretty cool way to go for Takara, repaint the Beasts in their Battle Beast colors.

I did that repaint/custom for Ghost Lion a few weeks ago. I have been considering making a few more classic BB homages using beast saga figures.

1. Chameleon
2. Hammerhead Shark
3. Manta Ray
4. Bearded Dragon
5. Komodo Dragon
I love the Beast Saga line so far, but there is a lack of reptiles for me when compared to mammals, birds and fish. We only have the Alligator and Turtle if I am remembering correctly. I'd love to see some lizards, snakes, etc...

1. Gila Monster (land)
2. Mud Skipper/Catfish (water)
3. Monarch Butterfly (air)
4. Duck-billed Platypus (land/water)
5. Porcupine (land)
Some other cool choices? Tapir, Slug (land), Polar Bear (water), Raven (like someone else said)
Edit: Seahorse changed to Porcupine per comments from Undrave

I'm not terribly familiar with the line yet, but some animals that would be cool:
1. Gila Monster (land)
2. Mud Skipper/Catfish (water)
3. Monarch Butterfly (air)
4. Duck-billed Platypus (land/water)
5. Sea Horse (water)
Some other cool choices? Tapir, Porcupine, Polar Bear (water), Raven (like someone else said)
The back of the turtle's card reveals a sea-horse so there's probably one in the work.

A manta ray is already on the schedule for february.
We could use more reptiles though.
Even though he has the name of Mantarei, that't not a manta ray. That looks closer to a southern ray or an eagle ray. We have had another ray, Grin Reefer. But what I want is specifically a Manta Ray:

I should have noticed that! He really isn't a manta ray, how could I have missed it? Well he's a ray and that's pretty cool already... but yeah a manta ray specifically would nice. Especially if they put the wings on its back.

Yeah, I would love to see that too. Both this ray and Grin Reefer are nice, but they both look like a normal sting ray just landed on top of a humanoid/robotic body, instead of anthropomorphizing the ray. Love the idea of the wings on his back, similar to to the air figures. A great idea for how he could look is Ray Fillet from Ninja Turtles.
