Help identifying unusual yellow claw

It looks like a bootleg of a healymade bootleg. It is a claw with a M.A.S.K. figure head added to the top. But the quality looks cheesy, which makes me think its a bootleg of a bootleg (if that makes sense).

Hi there

Does anyone know anything about this claw? It's a more of a harder plastic but has the YSNT B stamp. Can't find another anywhere online.

It's a custom mold, though no clue who the artist is or what that head is supposed to be. Not every artist will necessarily scrub off the original trademark info.
