Anyone recognize this guy? He came with a lot of 1980s figures, so hes definitely from that era. 6" tall.

I cant even find a country of origin marking. The only marks at all are on the side of his feet. One has a small "1" on it and the other has a "2". He seems too well made to be a knockoff, the knees and elbows are positionable. His head is like the old MOTU figures, soft vinyl material.
