Someone in the Facebook action figure identification group figured this out using Google Lens: Fisher Price Creatrix. Not sure which exact Creatrix product.

Hi!

I found these at a thrift store and can't seem to find them online anywhere, at least not without knowing what they are called. On some of the pieces they are labeled "Mattel 2004".

I ran an eBay search and exluded Mattel brands until I got the results down to something semi-reasonable to scroll through, and still couldn't figure this out
