I'm wondering if anyone knows where these two come from?

 

I've had the one with the harp for a while and recently picked up the other one. Looking at the two of them together they look like they might be Link, or maybe just Link inspired? Either way they don't have any markings and I haven't been able to find any info of them. Anyone know anything?
