I think it is polymer or plastic of the figures, which are made of nitrile; I really want to know what NBR means, could someone please help me ?

It's short for number.

but the acronym of number is No. they are not NBR ,, the acronym NBR means something else ,,, I think it is the plastic with which the figures were made

No one knows. It could be partner company, or could stand for NumBeR.
NBR does stand for Nitrile rubber but seems unlikely that it was used to make the figures since its not a commonly used rubber in that aspect, mostly for gloves, O-rings, etc. Different types of PVC are more common.
Plus figures dont usually mark themselves with the material they are made of.
