McDonald's toys: Human shape, Smiling Rat Faces 5ins, 11 cm Tall.

Hi everyone. I hope someone can perhaps identify these two for me .
I think that they are from a UK or American TV series.
They have moveable joints and the guy has a compass under his jacket. The girl has a pull-out strip of stickers in her belt with faces and geometrical shapes on them.

They're both McDonald's toys, which makes it a bit odd that you found no markings on either. McToys usually have something on them.

Specifically, 99% of the time they explicitly are stamped "McDonalds" or "McDs" corp, plus whatever the toys are licensed from such as "Disney" or "Dreamworks". Sometimes even a date.

You're right .. I searched more thoroughly wearing two pairs of glasses !
The girl has a stamp on her boot under the cloth trousers (DWA/AA Made for McD in 2006 in China ) .
Scrutinised the guy , even inside his jacket, didn't find anything there. Just did a last search as I wrote this ... and there it is ( the same ) under the jacket at the back of his tux !
Does this mean that they are purely McD toys and not related to any cartoon series?

No they're from the Dreamworks animated movie "Flushed Away".

Found and identified as Rodney and Rita from Flushed Away.
