http://www.ebay.co.u...-/200926801168?
I didn't "win" that particular one, but was offered a second chance thing when it had finished, so went for it.
Anyway, the box arrived this morning, and I'm thinking that the eBay person there's a filthy liar when he says it's a "new, unopened" box, for several reasons:
-There's not even 20 Boglins in the box, there's 19.
-A box of this kind ("Secret Battle Code") should contain ONLY neon-coloured Boglins, right? This one has loads of the "original" coloured-ones.
-Several of those Boglins aren't even in the included checklist/booklet thing.
-There is NO Scout in the box, but there is a Spy.
-Not all of the Boglins have the "secret code" sticker on them.
I'm guessing I've been lied to here, anyone agree?

Well, one question, and then let us begin the witch-hunt...
Did you pay a lot for them, or did you pay far below market value for them?
If you got them on the cheap, well...
BUT!
If you paid good clean money for them, dispute it with ebay, and send that shit back after getting your refund.
And then force him to piss on an electric fence, to make him humble (in the old country way).

£17.27 plus postage for 19 random, common Boglins (although there was one in the box that I don't already have). If it was an honest auction I'd've happily paid that amount for the nice box, but it's the lies that annoy me!

Contact the guy.
HE might not have opened them and didn't know that they were open or know what was missing.
If he's being a d-bag use the full force of ebay to get your money back.
If he's being the d-est of of d-bags, send back a package of random trash, keep the figs and box and get a refund on top of it.
Dude, you make me laugh.......at you.

I've sent him a message telling him essentially the same as what I put at the top there - we'll see how he reacts to that before doing anything further...

Seems like a happy ending!
The guy got back to me this evening - he'd bought a case of the things from TJ Hughes when they were having a stock clearout and hadn't opened them (he doesn't know anything about Mini Boglins). I used to shop at TJ Hughes myself and the place was always a mess, so it's likely the staff there stuffed a box full of random Boglins then taped it up.
Anyway, he was polite and apologetic and has given me a refund. He hasn't asked for the Boglins back yet, but I've offered them to him.
