19 and 20 are Micro Machines Action Fleet I believe. 19 is one of the twins from the cantina scene and she either came with the Dewback set or the Bantha set. 20 is a TIE fighter pilot with removable helmet missing his helmet (I believe he's supposed to be George Lucas if I remember correctly). Came with the TIE Interceptor I think. I think 22 is also MM Action Fleet (a Swoop driver).

I think the yellow alien is a pet alien that was modified. He used to have a hat and a crossing guard sign. VaultBlore posted pics on this sight in other toys.

This is correct.

19=22 are micro machines star wars action fleet figures.  Not sure what sets they came from.

Spot on – that's Traffic Alien from P.E.T. Aliens, but with his hat and "STOP" sign removed. These toys were great, used to get them in Kellogg's cereals as a kid, and later they released them in their own right.

27 (the 4 little camo guys) are micro-machine guys, mine are from the big tank base set but I think they sold them in individual packs as well.

I'm disappointed in you guys not identifying 32!

It's an assassin centipede from Star Wars Episode II, and it came packaged with an R2-D2 released in the very first batch of promotional figures.

26 is from a Star Wars Micro Machines set. https://mightyjabba...._arena_box1.jpg

36 looks like a Kazon ship from Star Trek: Voyager but I have no idea what specific toyline it's from.
