Hing Fat "Terrible Monster" aka "Monsters & Goblins." They were reissued in a bucket playset a couple years ago, in a cheaper feeling plastic.

I have no idea what era or toy line they are from? Can anyone help? I just found a few more also in red and green, those are all marked "China"
