Oh yeah, that is from the G Gundam anime. That is Master Gundam and his horse Funnasaiki. At one point in the anime Master Gundam links his mobile suit together with the horse mobile suit. Here is some info on those two characters:

I believe I have seen this toy for sale at Target.

Master Gundam! My favorite of all Gundam designs, I'm more of a fan of the model kits than the figures, the Master Grade version of the 1/100 Master Gundam is worth purchasing if you would like to get a Gundam kit, prolly find one on ebay for around 20 dollars. And that figure with the horse, I think my local Kay Bee still has a few collecting dust on the shelves, though I'm not quite sure...

yeah, i have the domestic american version of this set, and it didn't cost me any more than $25, i don't think.

i also have the 1/100th scale model that siccie mentioned, and it is sweet.
