Hello friends I have this group of figures, can someone help me identifying them?
Thanks!
Left to right:
Power Rangers maybe? Bandai?
Diener red rubbery bird guy
Kinkeshi of some sort, not sure? Familiar, but, I can't remember what it is from.
Willow (from the movie Willow) Tonka
Battle Beast 3rd series Penguin Takara/Hasbro
Yugio I think for the green guys on the right.

The Bird or Hawkman is confirmed a Diener figure it has some letters on one of his legs but I had no clue until now about what it said.
The other green figure the bigger its similar to some Yu-Gi-Oh figures I have, so I think it can be one of them.....

That possibly kinkeshi does looks familiar to me too... I wanna say a "doll". and little research tells me it might be the Angelica's Doll, Cynthia from rugrats. And if it doesn't have any marks, that probably means it's a companion piece.
Couldn't find that good a photo.
Oh yes it looks very similar to that one! I will to check these out, thanks!

Wow, that is some serious sleuthing right there, man! I did a quick search of eBay and turned up the following. Obviously not it, but you may be on to something. That possibly kinkeshi does looks familiar to me too... Also, it occurs to me that Rugrats is incredibly popular (it had a really unique style of animation when it first came out). I vaguely recall learning that it is very popular in Japan. And if that's the case, the figure may be from a legit Japanese keshi line.

Acidonia already correctly identified this one for you. It's Skullmaster from Mighty Max. I used to own a similar figure, the one from Dragon Island, but this one is different, due to the peghole that Acidonia also mentioned was for holding a staff.

Here's some pictures of it from Spectrum Is Green:
You can see your Skull Master in the third picture there.
It was one of the last sets made, a fitting "final battle" of sorts for Max and his nemesis...

Thats not the same Skull master figure His hands are in a Different Pose from the other one posted. The one in the original Post is from the battle Max set (Action figure like playsets ones made in he last year) The Hydra.
Im not 100% on this but I belive the Ogre comes from this Board game based Toy line where you had toy catapults and cannons and shot down plastic walls and castles with them it had ogre and knight figures they came out a few years ago but I do not know the name of them.
Dose the green painted Figure have any letters or numbers on it anywhere?
