I've 3D scanned the complete set of 21 Super Mario Bros. figures that Nintendo and Bandai released in 1986 in Japan.  These retro keshi figures were released via gachapon machines, shokugan blind boxes, and then also a standalone box set of all 21 figures.  They were unpainted and produced in red, blue, green, yellow, and peach.  These are some of the earliest toy depictions of Mario and crew, so they have some historical significance, too.
