Yeahhhh, man, I heard about these.  Wifey is currently scouring the city for a set (or three).  What REALLY blew my mind, though, was finding out that someone rereleased Stretch X-Ray.

Stretch.

Friggin.

X-Ray.   I never thought I'd see the day.  Of course he's not as cool as the original (then again, what is), but the fact that they'd even remake him at ALL brings me infinite joy.

Kidorobot Madballs Horror series:

(I really hope these do well at retail, TONS of potential here.)

If only I could send my wife out looking for toys. Actually now that I think about it, I would probably be broke.

The madballs look really nice. If they work I wonder what they would use for series 2? Hellraiser? chucky? Micheal myers?

We checked FIVE major retailers/toy stores today and I finally found Jason.  I could see the EMPTY peg hooks/displays where they were supposed to be, indicating that these might be a bit trickier to find at brick & mortar.  Folks must really be gobbling these up at a fast clip, and with good reason.

Jason here seems to be much beefier than the average ball, and the detail is certainly not lacking.  Nice material, as well; feels and smells great.

$8.99 retail seems very reasonable, especially considering the licensing, materials used, detailing, etc...
