First off, I must admit that Somnus is in fact my brother. I got to look at the new guys when I got home this morning and was very impressed with the colored Kevin Mask. Very nice indeed.

Warsman, to answer your question, yes, it did come with a ccg card( which was Terryman. Sorry, not a new one either.)

Series 5-8 will be a special mail-away only offer that you have to redeem for with one full flesh set of the original series. The offer will only be valid from June 6, 2003 to April 5th, 2004. It will also be regional- Only offered in Japan and Australia. Series 5-8 is the rarest MUSCLE set, more so than Black Hole Sunshine, Spinning Head Ashura, or Drunken Master. As far as we know, maybe two or three exist in the world. I will obtain a few soon and sell them to the group. Does 2-3 thousand dollars sound good enough?

I live in Saginaw, MI and about to head out and look for the figs. So far the only stores n Saginaw that carry them are K-mart and Meijers. Target, Walmart and Toys R' Us have nothing. I'll update the post if I find them.

I'm bitter that some of the CCG figure sculpts are offered in these sets (Mantaro and Wally Tusket). Does this mean that all the CCG figures will be available in these sets? All I want is one sculpt of every figure... so that means that I wasted all that time and money on those expensive CCG figs for nothing!

But I am anxious to get that Akuma Shogun!

Yep, but since they can only be recieved through the packs, they may be worth more in the furtur.

DMP kevin Mask is AWESOME!!! BEST KEV MASK YET!! well maybe tied with the ccg one but WOW. BEing a kev mask mark it is even more impressive! ME WANT NOW! Oh i got to check the kamrt here in rochester on the weekend if its still open i saw the list of store closing but wasnt sure if that was one of them or it was near it or what.

This is kinda like the Flesh and Colored G1 M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. They were all made in the flesh at first, then they came out in specific colors. Now we try to get specific colors of specific figures. The same may hold true with some of the G2 M.U.S.C.L.E., like the ones that are offered in the next series.

I consider my $100 wasted on them... and I never did get more than half of the figures(set of reds).

sorry tortle, expect to see all of the ccg guys in some form or another. i went and bought series 8 and uploaded pictures ( http://groups.msn.co...le/shoebox.msnw ), i would have gotten the rest of them but i need to balance my spending with the other things i collect. i did, however, write down who was in each pack (atleast who you could see)... everyone except series 8 has a colored mantaro, fantastic eh?
