Hi Guys,

Cutting a long story short, I'm moving to Aus and may have to sell my collection.

I really don't want to have to, but I have no room in my case!

I have all 107 sculpts, including all slime and Kelloggs (though no gold Kelloggs), as well as several hundred spares.

Is it worth selling now? Am I better off leaving them with my parents, risking old age setting in and discovering that they had forgotten just how important they were to me and have given them to the neighbour's 6-year-old who has strewn them all over his garden..? Perish the thought.

How much, realistically, could I get for the 107? I can put a picture up on Thursday, but rest assured that all are in perfect condition.

I also have a cage, several booklets and a few cards.

I appreciate any feedback from you guys; I have been a silent reader for some time.

The only ones of any true value are going to be the Slime boglins and the Samurai tribe. which can go for anything from £5-8.

I'm new to boglins, but I wouldn't mind taking a peek!

Ninja Edit: Sorry you have to sell your stuff, man. That seriously sucks. I actually hope you find a way to bring them along. Perhaps just bring some favourites?

Why can't you get them shipped out at a later date?
Then there is no need to sell your collection :)

I'm with 80schild & PimpNugget- if you like them and don't wanna sell them, then don't. You'll probably end up regretting it later.
Figure out a cheap way to send them here, if you're not in a hurry to get them anytime soon, and just wait it out.
I'm in Aus too, so welcome buddy! :)

Wow, quite a lot of response! Ok, so the general consensus is keep them and ship them. I'm sold. I only ever want to sell them if I can make decent money out of it, which clearly I can't right now. Does anyone "in the know" think if this is likely to change in the future?

It's always going to be a limited market. Since these were never put out in the US there's never going to be a large slice of the collector's market that has any nostalgia for them, certainly a far smaller percentage than MUSCLE or MiMP. As a result there's plenty of commons to go around and not too many folks driving up the prices of harder to find figures. Every so often there's a spike in selling prices for Slimes and Samurai, but I figure that's mainly when a couple of new collectors start picking up lots at around the same time. For the most part Mini Boglins are essentially worthless. I kind of like it that way.

Agreed. I'm new to the boglins, but it's finally a toy-line I can purchase where my wife isn't going to be questioning me when she sees a dozen+ figures in a bag.

Same thing here...my wife accidentally started me collecting when she got me 15 mini boglins as a nostalgia gift for a birthday. One year later and there's about 1000 of them in the house...she keeps saying "what did I do?" every time she sees me getting the box down.
