I know this is a Chap Mei Barracuda. So far, all of the info that I have found are for this version of the fish painted black, blue and silver. This one is black, copper and silver.

 

No date that I could find. Anyone know the official name and what set(s) it was sold with and when?

looks like it came as an animal planet toys r us playset….  and maybe only this particular set.
