Alien squeaky toy from a tv show? Maybe?

Best Answer zootine , 21 March 2014 - 08:36 PM

The character is called "Bibo" and is a bizarre god/demon character from China. A number of novelty products were made by various non-descript manufacturers in China in the 1960s and 1970s based on the Bibo character. Go to the full post

Picked this up at the flea market today. Stoked on it. Seems like it's from a tv show from the 70's or 80's. Anyone recognize it from anywhere?

Wow!

That thing is hideous, man!

Looks like a radition exposed Monchichi,
or a malnourished Teletubby! Lol

Any markings on it?

I don't recall ever seeing anything like it on television, but it's pretty neat.

How big is it?

Glad to be of help. I discovered this character when I was a child. My uncle had a hard rubber figure of Bibo.

But the video. The video is the best thing ever.
