I have what looks like the Ghost figure as here:



I got it in a gumball machine ages ago, and always assumed it was a bootleg MUSCLE figure. It doesnt have any markings. So is this a Kinnikuman that I have or a fake?

i'm not fully versed, but from what i understand, all official figures have some sort of copyright markings on their backs.

go to M.P.S. they have ways to tell if they are fakes or not.

Yup, definitely a bootleg. I wish I was lucky enough to get the Ghost figure when I was a kid pumping quarters into those machines at the supermarket.

Actually, they DID have that very bootleg in the ugly (and wrong) "Alien Wrestling" figure sets at dollar stores.

I think that if you are damn lucky, and I mean LUCKY AS HELL, you will still see them in a gumball machine at a Supermarket at the end of the world, maybe. But I have not seen them in ages, but I do always look at every machine I pass in any store anywhere...in hope!
