I deleted my previous post because of Beligerant 1`s request. Personally I don`t think We will have to worry about auctions with the figs that I had listed as "rare" skyrocketing because unfortunately We probably won`t ever see them.

Don`t worry about me bidding on "rares" if they ever did pop up on ebay, I would only go balls to the wall for #23 in his "rare" color.

I still remember what figures that Beligerant 1 and Doc need to have them in every color. I always keep my eyes open for em, and if I ever found em You guys would be the first to know. :D

you know what, i personally think it is a very bad idea to start listing figures you think are "rare" because the next thing you know, people will decide to start collecting the figure you have been going after for a long time whether or not the figure was important to them. All of a sudden auctions you would have had no trouble winning before become out of your price range. I think it is sad to say this, but because all of those figures are on my want list, i would have rather you not made this post and let people figure it out for themselves, because anyone collecting these figs would have already known that. Plus its kind of like a spoiler, hearing that it may not be possible to get a certain figure in all the colors kind of kills my motivation to even try.

If you want to do me and some of the other longtime color collectors out there (like yourself) a favor i would delete the post

Anytime somebody needs you, don't let them down, although it grieves you, Some day you'll need someone like they do, looking for what you knew - LZ

First, I agree with evom... it seems like the 28-pack figures weren't made in as many colors as their 4 and 10-pack counterparts. That's probably because it would be much easier to create random assortments of colors for the 4-pack figures (since they are relatively random) than it would be for the 28-pack figures, which are an established set of figures.

But I completely understand what Beligerant means. As an example, I first started collecting Rocks and Bugs and Things a few years ago. It was fun... they were nifty, obscure toys, and they only cost about $15 MIB. Then, I made the mistake of putting a RBT tribute on my site. Needless to say, plenty of high-rolling collectors got involved when they saw my tribute and thought, "Hey, I kinda remember those!" Nowadays, because everyone thinks that they are so obscure, RBTs always go for OBSCENE prices. Live and learn... I now know to keep my mouth shut about obscure toys that I collect.

Anyway, back to topic, I'm looking for #204 in light blue, dark blue, and red. But I personally don't care if people think that are rare. The figure isn't important enough to me to really shell out alot for. If anyone wants to be a moron and think that any high-production toys are "super-mega-mondo-rare", then he should spend as much money as possible on them, since he clearly isn't intelligent enough to be entrusted with the responsibility of keeping his own money. Have a nice day.

Are you guys kidding??? I have 4 #153's in magenta, and a magenta #3. Do you think they are worth anything??? Hahaha Kidding. I too need all of the ones on your list. Damn mattel for sending us on this wild goose chase. If your theory is true, that sucks because I want to complete a set of the same color. I have quite a few figures in all colors except one or two or three. I am still searching though.

Do we know for sure what figures came in the 28 pack?

As in, is there a site out there with a list like

Cosmic Crunchers:
#22, #566, #908, #125,(top row)
#42, #587, #9903, #...(middle row
......(bla row...)

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Why, yes there is, my good man! I have a list on my site:

http://www.newellsys...tyeightpack.asp

It doesn't go into the absolute specifics, like "The top row contains these figures: blah blah...". But it does list the figures in each pack.

I too think that all the M.U.S.C.L.E.s were made in every color except for one. There is enough evidence out there to nearly prove this theory, but I am yet to be proven wrong.

About the 28-Packs...

Every pack ontains the same exact figure number like illustrated on Nathan's site, but I don't think they were ever packaged in any specific order as far as row and position location goes. I think Mattel just grabbed the right figures for the package and threw them in the boxes.

You are correct sir.

We will have a lot better outlook, once everyone with HUGE collections, such as myslef, Alex, Doc, etc adds our colored figures to the Kinnikudex.

Which of the 28-pack figures were *only* in 28-packs?

Well, the MUSCLE packaging says, "28-packs contain figures not found in the other sets". That could mean that the 28-packs are entirely comprised of exclusive figures, or it could mean that they are only partially comprised of exclusives. I think they probably mean that all the 28-pack figures were exclusive. Also, I've never seen a 28-pack figure in a 4-pack or a 10-pack. Anybody have a 4 or 10-pack with figures from the 28-packs?
