Let's keep track of all of the found variations on the orb color/figure dynamic.
Not all of them are listed, but as we find new variations, I will go in and edit the post to reflect any new findings.

Also, Tofudrifter, WHERE did you find your Black Suit Spidey, in the white orb?
This is what I have been able to gather from all of the testimonials in all of the other threads on the Heroics line. If anybody discovers new variations that are open on this list, or a new variation (such as figures being available in several different color orbs, in one location), let us know, so we can update the list!
Happy hunting!

Thanks, URS!
I think I'll pick up a few of each from the tubes, on my way home, to see if I have any new findings.
I wonder if they are making any attempts at trying to further randomize their figure/orb colors, at all...

I don't know. You would think it would be easy to do. Unless it comes to a productivity issue. I actually think they want to keep it where we can figure it out though.

Considering how many of these things I've seen, they have been selling like hotcakes. That only means the more they sell the more we will see, and possibly the better quality.

Thanks, Tofu!
I picked up several orbs on my way home from work, and I didn't get anything that contradicts what we've already found.
Four white Marvel orbs, two Grulks, two Rulks.
The DC ones I got brought in a cape-down Batman, a Flash, and a Green Lantern, all in the respective orbs that they have already been sighted in.

I'm not sure of the black spidermans will be available any more in the new tube displays. If anyone finds them let me know. I heard from treehouse kids that only 500 black spidermans were produced before their was an issue with production and they then ran the clear spidermans. I have around 15 black spidermans an all were found in the white orb in original cardboard display.

I still haven't found any reverse flash. The list is right-on though. The tubes are kinda frustrating. I've already knocked over one so digging through them is kinda difficult. I've only seen the clear spidey in the purples. I'm gonna hit up a dollar tree across town and hope they have some to pick through. I am searching for some black spideys. I have a ton of clear but no black. I've tried 3 other dollar trees and they did't have any.

Spideymomma, if you want to trade straight up, I have an extra Black Spidey, and I'm tired of buying Red spideys while trying to find a clear one. At this rate a couple extra bucks to get a clear is better than possibly spending twice that much.

Thought I should report in.

Wal-Mart Drop Tube
Captain America-White Orb x3
Hulk-White Orb x2
Red Hulk-White Orb x1
Crouching Wolverine-Blue Orb x1

I bought a couple of other ones but I mixed them up so I can't tell you for sure what was in them. Also got some DC Heroics but don't see anything that doesn't match our current list.

They key to finding clear spidey is by weight. Believe it or not it is lighter than red spidey.

Never saw them at TRU over here. Depends on the Case they used. I'd assume if it was one of they drop boxes, or drop tupes, it would be the same breakdown as listed above.

I've seen them at TRU, but didn't feel like paying an expanded price for more figures that I already had doubles of.

But, if anybody does purchase them at TRU, let us know what your findings are. Based on the timing, I would presume that TRU got the same rectangular gravity feeders that Dollar Tree stores did, and I am speculating that the DT scheme would hold true for the TRU feeders.

I have yet to see the Avengers Heroics in stores.

As for the original Marvel Drops, they all look totally the same from the outside. The main tell, is if you pick up a red orb that has a hulk weight. Then it is the original holiday season drop box, from the end of last year. Everything since, has has Rulks in white orbs.

I haven't bought any of the Avengers Heroics yet but they're just the movie versions of Ironman, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Fury, and Loki (I think that's all of them but I'm not 100% sure.)

I've only got a Captain America in a white orb and a Clear Spiderman from a yellow orb, so I'm unsure about the Red hulk. But the box has only been there since mid March.
