A dozen or so nonMUSCLE kinkeshi in need of ID

Best Answer Ericnilla , 24 February 2017 - 12:24 AM

Top are popy mini kinkeshi, their own set.

Next the yellow guy is a japanese capsule bootleg.

Red and yellow guys after that are japanese bootlegs too.

Last guy is a 2-part figure much like the sculpts from part-12 but is a mini version, from an off set. Go to the full post

Hey guys, I've had these figures in my collection for a little while now but neglected to ever get a definitive ID on what they all are. Hoping some of you keshi experts can help. The majority of these came in some bags of Popy kinkeshi that I bought at a con a few years back, but most of these seemed larger, more detailed, or off-color than the rest of the popy, and all of them have the YSNT on their backs.

I'll break down my questions below...

I've looked through all 30 of the Kinnikuman parts and haven't seen any of the following sculpts, so what are these? Are some just really quality Popy figs?

This dude is a weird shade of glossy, slightly darker yellow, which is what threw me off. He's still got a trace of the YSNT on the back.

These guys resemble a familiar MUSCLE sculpt, but they both have a noticeably stumpy left foot. Their hands are pretty stumpy too.

Lastly there's this guy. At his tallest point, he's about 1.5x as large as your average keshi/MUSCLE. Any clue where he came from? Stupidly, I didn't snap a pic of this but, he's got the YSNT on his back too, though it's actually protruding out rather than carved in like the others.

Help me LRG gurus, you're my only hope.
