Picked these guys up today, and am pretty sure ive seen the red guy here. There a inch tall and marked "china", im thinking they are just a modern vending prize? Any idea on the series and if there are more of these guys????

Creepy Freaks. They are indeed from a vending machine, and each came in unpainted, barely-painted, and fully-painted variants.
