Hey guys,

I'm sorry if it's been covered here already, but I haven't seen anything. Does anyone sell custom Satan Crosses? He's the only figure I need and, frankly, it's really annoying to me how his value is kept artificially high on ebay. I know it's a longshot but figured I'd ask anyway.

Try finding a Keshi Satan's Cross... I think it's considerably cheaper.

Things are only expensive when you HAVE TO HAVE IT NOW. Got mine for a quarter in the end.

Amen.  Any chump can pay FULL price on Ebay and contribute to the gouging/greed subculture, but it's sooooo much more rewarding to find that sweet 'rarity' in a yard sale box for a quarter.

;)

Thanks for the replies. Short of finding a kinkeshi or custom I certainly plan on being patient. People still seem to be paying upwards of $60 for him though.

Unfortunately, I don't have one for you.

You can get cheap lots of keshi via Mandarake online (Japanese site... Has English version /translation), if you have time. Sometimes you can get a couple hundred for pretty cheap. Kind of a crapshoot, but the lot I ordered had one in it.

Also, LRGr's are good peeps... Try posting in the "Need Toys" section.

Goodluck &
happy hunting :)

Ah yes... There's always Eric Nilla. If you are ever talking about anything to do with casting in general, he's the Dude.

Though I'm willing to bet that either patience or the need toys section will take care of you ;)

I think he was saying that the ORIGINAL was $60+ and not a recast/ custom.

I watched for an auction of a large quantity of figures that included Satan Cross and ended on a weekday mid-morning (when many people would be at work etc) and then took the day off to bid (crazy, huh?)

So my average cost of the figures in that lot including the Satan Cross was $0.68.

So I'd second the recommendations of patience and add: planning.

Well ... if you took the day off to bid, it kinda still cost you $60+ !!

; )

But I have done similar things, so I understand, just not for the SC.

Hmmm, I never did the math on that actually...

Naah! I only paid $.68 for the Satan Cross...

... but I did pay $134.00 for a day off! :p

--and with my job I'm sure I've made that money back several times over on overtime.
