Is there anything on the other sides? There doesn't seems to be anything on either That indicates where they are from.

The one on the left says "Bloodsucker" at the top, just like the English. The block of text underneath would take me a little while to translate, but I can see some katakana that says "bat monster". I'm guessing the rest of it amounts to stats and instructions for how this card interacts with whatever game it goes with.

The one on the right says "Change Botan" at the top. The intention may be for that to mean "button" though. Hard to tell with the lack of context.

Underneath are just corresponding labels for the pictures: "jet", "bike", "caterpillar", "helicopter", "racing car".

Thank you

The silhouette on the right card thing looks to be Kamen Rider Fourze, for whatever that's worth.

Thanks for the info Baltanll and BadLarry.

I found this on a bloggers website about their holiday to Japan:

Fire Fire NEXT is a pre-set indoor ride with various enemy targets littered through the walls. When you get to them, you shoot the targets with a laser gun. Sometimes shooting some targets reveal other targets. At the end of the ride, you receive a score card and the ending you got.
