My favourite Transformers thing ever. I don't know what his name is, and don't really care - I didn't even KNOW he was a Transformer until the Internet happened, he's just always been Walrus Monster to me:

Not long to go now folks. I'm most likely going to be locking this thread within 12 hours or so, and when I do, that's it, so if you've got any plans to enter at the last minute, the last minute is pretty much now!

Have added a few more items to the prize pool.

Overall winner will get first choice and can choose THREE prizes, as stated already.
Runner up will then get second choice of THREE prizes.
Third place will then get to pick TWO prizes.

After that... well, there may be more winners, all will be revealed soon

Thanks to everyone who entered, in the end we had 22 different entries from 12 different entrants. It was great to see so many participating and I had a lot of fun seeing what you all came up with.

You made this a really memorable contest so I'm really pleased to announce that EVERYONE who entered has won a prize.

I asked my girlfriend to help me judge the entries as she is a decent artist, and we were both in agreement about who the top 2 places should go to. After that it was much harder as there was something to admire in all the rest.

1st Place (3 prize picks) goes to bachamn for his incredible Wyrm. We both thought this was an amazing picture and fully deserving of the top prize.

2nd Place (3 prize picks) goes to fkro6784 for his fantastic Madballs picture. Inspired by your offering, I'm currently trying to persuade Emma to paint me some Madballs on canvas

3rd Place (2 prize picks) goes to TwoHeadedBoy as I really loved your Sludge Bucket, you really captured the character of this zany toy.

4th Place (2 prize picks) goes to Draznar's daughter for her really sweet Zelf picture. Pretty good for a first attempt!

5th Place (2 prize picks) goes to bigazzhead for Orko, Simple and effective, I liked it very much.

 

Places 6 to 12 all get one prize pick each. HOWEVER, if you find there's nothing that particularly interests you from what's left after everyone above you has had their picks, I will send you a SUPER SECRET MYSTERY ASSORTMENT of minifigures instead.

Honestly, I did the drawing for the fun and not necessarily the prizes, so I'm not offended!

Thanks! I'm amazed that I could win any art contest with the amount of talent in this community, but I worked hard on it so I'm glad you liked my submission. It was really fun to participate and see the other entries too; it's been said but this was a great idea for a contest!

This was a very cool concept for a contest and I am glad to have participated. I wouldn't mind getting a super secret mystery assortment  I like surprises and randomness. Thanks Strontium for putting this together and everyone else involved. These contests are awesome!
