Anyone familiar with this guy? He is around 1.5" long or more. Moves at the middle.

pretty sure it's a matchbox figure, not sure which set it goes too though.

Mask figures had jointed knees... so definitely not Mask. Other than that, not sure!

Good point, also its way small for a MASK figure, but figure looks so MASK like I had to mention it.
