I figure factory error here but I noticed my neon yellow windigo has a missing number. Probably just a mold error but it's kind of interesting that the plastic is really shiny in that area.

Is this common?

I can see where the molding is (barely). I have a Phantom that has a circle but no number. Cool error dude

 

EDIT: I can only remember seeing this error on two other occasions (though I don't generally look for it), so my guess is that it isn't very common.

the sculp details seem poor, maybe a south american figure ? something under the feet ?

Its a MEG figure for sure; just a bad one that got through QC. I have a few odd shiny ones too.

Yeah I checked the front the details are great on the front just didn't set right on the back. Kind of cool, but really not.
