Glasslite was a Brazilian toy company that acquired the licence's to produce various US toy lines in the 80's and 90's for the South American market. They are most well known for producing the Vlix action figure from the Star Wars Droids line, which never saw release in the states. This Dracula figure may have come out in their TV TOYS line, which included one offs like MacGyver, and the A Team. I'm not sure though. I don't recognize the figure as being a Glasslite version of any of the US released Universal Monsters figures from the 80's or 90's.

I think Glasslite made some Thundercats and Tigersharks, as well. Aren't they responsible for Dinosaucers figures, as well?
Man, look at that card art....not many things come close to that coolness, these days. Looks like he's supposed to be Morbius, and look at those claws!
Welcomed currency: Rubber Uglies, rubber monsters, jigglers, vinyl monsters, Arco monsters, Imperial monsters, fish cans....
