That's a Schleich phoenix, but haven't been able to ID the dragon yet. It's a very cool, detailed figure though! The limbs turned into flippers for swimming is a cool concept.

Nope, McFarlane! Yacht is missing the rod, so it didn't look as inherently unplayable as an old McFarlane statue would be.

That phoenix is great, Yacht.  I have one that is similar, but mine seems to be based on a Dodo.  (?)
