I brought down my original Japanese motu Keshi for the super7 guys to geek out about. Brian Flynn even said that the Japanese keshi look better than his figures haha.

but I do have to say I'm super happy with them, I can't wait For the new lines to come out next. When talking to Brian Flynn he let me know that Battlecat and Castle Grayskull will be in series 2, and also they will have coming soon WWE muscles, he listed Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant.

Is this using those sculpts we saw a few years back? Like Rock with a bull head and the road warriors? I need road warriors.

I don't think so, they will likely be this style since they will be labeled under the muscle line. Those were very stylized, but then again I don't know for certain, just a guess.

Glad I didn't spend $30+ when they first went up! I thought they'd be much more limited than 5000.

Not sure on the black number, they sold out in a couple days so I assume they are lower than 5000.

I meant to post this when I got back from ComicCon, but it completely slipped my mind.

I spoke with a guy at the Super7 booth and he gave me some secret intel (or at least, I think so since I hadn't previously read about it). In addition to the Aliens, Robotech, and MOTU series 2 figures that are listed on the back of the MOTUSCLE 3-packs, they're also going to be coming out with WWE Superstars.

So yeah, there'll be a steady stream of money flowing from me to Super7/Mattel for the foreseeable future.

that's awesome. I like the concept behind the ReAction figures but the toys themselves are mostly ugly and suck if you don't care as much about 70's toys. Packaging on those is like half the gimmick imo. I love that they're bringing this same idea to the minifig market. Hopefully they expand this over as many properties as they did with ReAction.

Agreed on the packaging being the sell on these- for me....I tend to look at boxes and packaging first- then my eyes move to the figures.....

I'm not feeling Aliens and Robotech of all things as the ideal choices for MUSCLEs/Keshi. Those properties were really well done as regular toys, I don't see them translating very well into minfigures, but until I see them, I can't count them out. But MOTUSCLE and WWE were no brainers.

Macross/ Robotech of my favorite Keshi lines to collect, so having more minifigures to add to my collection is pretty damn great.

I can imagine a few cool Aliens minis, but I don't really know how far they could take that one. The figure selection for that seems limited.

MOTU is perfect for this because there's such a huge list of possible characters to do.

On a different topic with these, someone on Facebook said he thought the material of the flesh ones felt too soft. Can anyone here who owns them weigh in?

Thanks Eric. Some people seemed disappointed that they didn't feel exactly like MUSCLE. I'll be curious to feel them for myself but I don't think the softer material will bother me.

Oh man, they could do so many of the Alien/animal hybrids, that it's not even funny. All of those radballs Kenner Alien zoo MFers as keshi sized toys? You'd pass on those?
