Okay, after a couple months of searching relentlessly for a Merman, TRU online FINALLY has them in stock, and I order one. So then, I'm shopping today, and who do I find? Merman. WTF? It always happens like that. Anyways, I'm glad that the online Merman hadn't shipped yet, so I cancelled it and saved 2 bucks. Oh well.

Yeah, a friend of mine used to order figures online, and I'd always find it in the store before he got his order. A little diligence in toy shopping pays off, I say!

By the way, I'm bitter that I didn't get a video with my Merman and Beastman (I bought them before the videos were offered). If I had known that they would have been available with videos, I would have waited.

Videos with regular figures are exclusive to WalMart.

Law of averages. I can save money for a large item for months, and not be able to find it. The minute I spend the money - there it is. Right now I can't find the Isis Megazord from Power Rangers Wild Force. I spent the money yesterday on DVD's. Wanna bet I find it if I go to the store this week? Sales too - I waited for months to pick up entire toy lines and the next week they were on clearance (Bioncile comes to mind for some of the items). At least I picked up reissued Tron for cheap.

I saw the Jumbo Isis Megazord at TRU the other day. It was pretty cool! It was kinda like the old Shogun Jumbo Machindeers. But I passed on it... too much room is taken up by all my Shoguns already, and I don't even have a Rodan yet.

At least I picked up reissued Tron for cheap.

Yeah, I managed to get Flynn with the Blue Lightcycle for about $6 at Suncoast, when it originally sold for $15. Can't get any better than that!

:D

They have about five versions of the Isis Megazord...the one that I'm currently looking for is the Deluxe version which can be combined with the other Megazords.
