Gotten a couple requests for some Valentines Day balloons, and we were experimenting tonight. Thought I would share a pic of this Teddy Bear... I think it turned out pretty cool. We posted earlier today in our Instagram and Facebook, but this time Theresa added the pink hearts at the bottom as a base for the balloon.

That looks really good man. I always wonder how people get into the professions they do. I mean, when did you know you wanted to be a professional balloon artisan? Must be nice working for yourself making neat balloon figures. I wouldn't even know where to start. Great work.

I was a clown for a number of years. Clowns are typically jack of all trades, but master of none ( other than the art of clowning, and believe me, it's an art ). SO they will do a little ballooning, a little juggling, a little face painting, a little magic etc. I just happened to fall in love with the balloons and eventually wanted to focus on that. And I LOVED being a clown too. Just for me that ship sailed a bit, y'know?
The rose looks really nice! The bear though...he looking right into my soul and it freaking me out.

It's only a pain in the ass in that in order to keep it safe you would want a bigger box, but then also bump it up to priority for the sake of time. SO it can be pricey. But of course time is a balloon's enemy, so want it to get there as quickly as possible. As far as how long they last, it's a count toss. Sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days... I've had customers tell me over a week (although a bit deflated).
I've mailed them a few times with some success, once for the LRG Santa exchange too. But I could never offer any guarantee on what they look like upon arrival, only that I would try and pack them with the utmost care and get them out the door as quickly as possible!
