Regular dish soap, hot water, and a tooth brush will take off anything that can come off.
(Now see, I didn't reply because I thought he had to be messing around/ball busting, heh....rather like saying "hey, how do I wipe my ass? Can someone tell me?" It seemed far too painfully obvious to be sincere. )
