I have no idea how much they're worth, but one was $15, the other $14. I had actually taken the train up from Eugene for the day with the intent of buying him out of whatever MUSCLE stuff he had. Just something impulsive to do on a boring, cloudy Saturday ;)
Are you in PDX???

I had no idea any sizes were available other than the small ones everyone is familiar with. I totally love them. Even the ones you have in your icon pic (I think there is a better word for this, but I'm drawing a blank); when I see things like this, my mind is blown. I feel a little cheated knowing that we only got like 2% of the overall marketing of this series (Kinnikuman). The cartoon is actually really good, and I think I would have loved it, and all of the other keshi -of all sizes- when I was a kid.

-SD is short for Super Deformed. the short squat stylization compared to a normal sculpt.
-Deka is the Line of 4" kinnikuman figures from japan.

This is an off set from the actual set. up above in my post #8 it shows the list of them in the set.

If you ever open them, i would love a full scan of the insert at 300dpi. :)

I doubt I'll ever open them, but I will certainly keep my eyes out for a duplicate with which to open and get you a copy of the insert ;)

Those look so nice and clean. Are they part of the Deka re-release series that came out in 1999?

Ya they did.

So on a side note, just threw a bunch of dirty Dekakeshi in with a load of laundry... They came out amazingly clean.

No more Simple Green for me.

It was warm because he initially rubbed them on his delicates.

On another note, I printed off the parts checklist on the first page & I'm pretty sure the same Kinnikuman figure is in the top left corner on 3 pics? Do we have anywhere a definitive checklist with variations etc that I could print off?
It would be helpful for a newish collector like me as I have about 70 different Deka & not sure how far off a set I am?

this is the only somewhat complete checklist on the web. I believe ryan has all variations, just needs to post a few pics of them.

and yeah that kinnikuman is the same figure released in each box set, not a variation.

That is the complete main set idk why they put the same figure in each box set but that checklist is accurate as far as the main set goes

I'm just looking to try to complete a Deka set but I have no idea which ones are tougher to find (Maybe a muscle like class system is in order)

I saw that a uncommon Warsman sold yesterday in another post & I didn't even know that one existed so I'm just looking for a little help - don't mean to harp on it though :)
